The tour was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and well versed in Japanese culture, spoke great English and went above and beyond to show us around. I recommend this tour for all Kyoto visitors

Jasmine was a fantastic guide and clearly knew a lot about Kyoto, the snack stop was great to understand what locals would eat at the supermarket, her understanding of the local temples and customs was fabulous and the Geisha sighting made it all worthwhile.

Yugo was a fabulous guide and took us to many different areas of Kyoto. She was very knowledgeable and told us many stories and information on the area.

Brooke was awesome!! We had to shorten our tour a bit and she was so accommodating and concerned that we saw everything, which we did. Her knowledge of the area really added to the experience. Thank you Brooke!!!!

We had a really great experience- our guide Alex is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Gion, along with Japanese history and culture. We would highly recommend doing this walking tour.

Great tour. Our guide Gus was very knowledgeable and personable. Group of 5 was perfect size. We saw geisha/maiko, treated to a Kyoto snack, and visited many attractions. Best value of any of the tours i participated in.
