My tour guide was very knowledgeable and compassionate about the history of Schindler’s factory. I am truly grateful I had such a great guide.

Helena was an amazing, amazing tour guide. Hearing about her personal connections made it so much more impactful. The only small downside is that it moves rather quickly - we should have gone back through the museum portion, but overall I cannot recommend it enough.

If you go individually, I.e. not a tour, you don't actually need to buy a guide book. It is quite self explainitory as you go around the museum.

It’s a very impressive museum. We went with the guided tour organized by the museum, and it felt a bit rushed. The path you take through the museum is quite narrow and winding. It doesn’t lend itself to tour groups as large as ours, at least 20. It should be a smaller group - around 5-7. Guide’s English wasn’t strong enough to be leading such a large group. He knew a lot of history and spoke a lot, I just couldn’t understand 75% of it. Many of the floors were rough and tough to navigate. It’s better for people who have good mobility. It’s not recommended for children under 16 or so. Many details are disturbing to hear and heavy. The layout of the museum tells a story, and is very effective. I would have preferred to have more time.

This place is so informative. Short film in which 3 polish people recount their experience of working there and how it affected their lives. So much other information and scenes. The people who manage Auschwitz could take a leaf out Schindler's book. This is the type of thing I thought I would experience at Auschwitz, but didn't.
Very moving in parts.

I do not wish to give a negative review as the organisation was good as was the tour guide who spoke excellent English but we simply had too many people in the oddly circuitous museum. I would have paid more for a smaller group.

The guide was not good, rude and rushed. She seemed more bothered about keeping ahead of other groups rather than letting people take time to read the information.

Very informative guide who talked continuously for the whole duration. Only a small part is about Oscar Schindler, but we knew that already having read previous reviews. The title of the museum is misleading which has lead to negative comments. Well worth a visit but read the negative reviews so that you know what it's all about before you decide to pay to go in. We would recommend visiting.

A must-see if you’re in Krakow. The museum does not only focus on Schindler, but also gives an insight into life in Krakow before and during the occupation.

Our tour guide was amazing, and very knowledgable! Very interactive and well thought out tour and exhibition.

Really glad we done this tour, it was extremely imformative and interesting. Our tour guide (can’t remember her name) was absolutely brilliant. Her story telling was outstanding and could tell she was very knowledgable. The tour itself was more about the war with some smaller aspects about Schindler. There was some great details that I learnt. The building itself was well done moving from room to room but was a bit cramped and very hot at times. There was a large collection of articles, photographs and reconstructions. I really appreciated the message that the tour guide portrayed and was quite emotional.
