Best service ever!! Our other transfer had left us - he tried to get us another van since it was not ordered from his tour operator- he could not but took an extra person. He helped ease a stressful situation - thank you

Our flight landed earlier and we proceeded to customs and baggage in a timely manner with everyone on our flight. We came out and the driver was not there. I called and he left as we were over an hour. He did not call or check in where we were in the process, everyone on the flight was running the same time, we cannot control customs or baggage. On another note I had another transfer booked through Viator and they showed up called and took an extra person for me. we had to spend an extra 100 euros to get the rest of our group to hotel.

We arrived the same day at the bicycle race in Rome. He got us within .3 miles of our hotel . Not optimal with elderly parents. But understand the situation

Transfer never showed up! Called Viator and received refund. Poor start to vacation But Uber was 60.00 less !!

Viator did not show up at the airport. Our flight was canceled and I could not communicate with Viator to change the reservation. I did send a text, and I did try to call many times—all I got was a beep, beep beep. Even security agents, and handicapped services could not get through to Viator to help me. No one showed up at the airport. I was forced to take a cab.

THEY TRICK YOU WITH THE IMAGE OF A MERCEDES BENZ AND THEN THEY PICK YOU UP IN A RENAULT VAN. They do not inform you of the vehicle model on the website, they only put a photo of a Mercedes so that you believe you have hired it.

The flight was slightly delayed and driver didn't show up, marking us as a no show even though he was supposed to track flight. Family with young children left at airport .
Refund refused.
Useless company that act like thieves.
Better to use local taxis which are reliable and much cheaper.

There was no one meeting us.I ordered you to meet flat az621 lax to Rome . We were due to arrive a little after 313 hrs. before that time the airline called us and informed us that they would be three hours late so will be arriving a little after six. I immediately called your office and they said no one was there right now, but they would take care of it so we get on the plane but no one was there. Then I get an email from your company that I canceled to late. I did not cancel. I just updated the time to the correct arrival time and you’re charging me for something I did not yet I had to rent a taxi to get to my hotel. I was very upset with your service. I would not refer you to anyone.
