Terrible tour. Guy at check-in by the bridge seemed to be hating his job. Then, red-haired, older lady with a thick accent who was our guide had no energy or enthusiasm, seemed to not be enjoying herself at all, and had a memorized script she said at each stop. If anyone on the tour wanted to further inquire about a topic or ask a question she appeared offended/annoyed. So happy when the tour was over and we were released!

The tour guide was knowledgeable and very helpful! She was comical and made the tour very enjoyable.

We arrived at the castle with no real instructions on where to go. We went to the ticket office and were told to find the people with the umbrellas. Once we found them, we were told our audio guide would be our phone. We were not expecting this and both mine and my husband's phones are older and our batteries run down quickly. Luckily, our batteries were at about 75 percent. At first, they wanted us to use one phone for the two of us but my husband has Bluetooth hearing aids so they finally gave him his own code (by the way, you pay for two tickets so you should be able to use a phone for each ticket). Once codes were loaded and program and tour was started, we noticed that many of the numbered stops were skipped. Also, if we switched from the audio guide to camera, the audio would kick you off and you'd have to log back in to get back to the audio guide. The tour was informative, but we were disappointed that some of the numbered stops were skipped.

Angela was an amazing guide! She was funny and made the whole experience enjoyable! For anyone that is thinking about booking this tour, I highly recommend it!

Prague is an interesting city with lots to see. This tour covers most of it. Our tour guide was very nice and insightful. We got to spend enough time in each of the places.

Angela was a wonderful guide for the Prague Castle Tour. She showed us how to get around on the public trams, guided us from the Old Town to the castle and told us all about Prague and recommended other things for us to see and do while we were there. Thank you for showing us around Angela!

Thomas was unbelievably knowledgeable. I loved going to a few out of the way pubs. We had a great time!! It was nice to get off the touristy beaten path to learn about Prague and beer.

The tour is a must do, but was hoping to see some more WOW areas of the castle even though our guide did a wonderful job explaining the history.
