For anyone who is considering this trip, let me start by saying that the island of Koh Nanyuan in breathtaking and absolutely gorgeous. It's a national park so it is meticulously maintained.
The boat ride to get there was NOT FUN. 90 minutes of rough water and pounding waves. As someone who usually gets nauseous on boat rides, I usually will take a pill or two before the trip. I didn't realize how long the ride was so that was my mistake. My gal got totally sick on the way back. Fortunately they provide plastic bags in case you need it
Anyhow, before you go just be prepared for a rough ride. The island of Nangyuan is worth the trip. I really wanted to see Koh Tao but we never went ashore, only into a cover for snorkeling. It was good but I wouldn't give it a rave review.

The place was gorgeous, but not enough time to enjoy it. Many people on the boat too. It’s a nice tour but honestly I expected more!

The island beach was stunning. Good snorkelling. Fast speedboat travel. Excellent buffet lunch. Breakfast at the start was not good. Banana and toast, could’ve have been better

This excursion is incredible. Everything is organized to make your day memorable. The employees take great care. The material is quality. We were even able to swim with a turtle, an incredible memory.

The excursion is well organized but it is not the one described in the package. In reality there are only 2 stops: 1 on Koh Tao for snorkeling and the other on the island of Koh Nangyaan. Beautiful places so recommended excursion but be aware that they are only 2 stops. After all, all the other excursions also only make two stops because they belong to a single agency that organizes the same tour for everyone

Great experience! Also my first time on a speedboat, super fun to go in the front and feel some bouncing.
Was lucky because it was cloudy all day, bad for photos but great for experiencing everything (I suffer a bit the Thailand heat ^^').
There were many fish, and this couple that did snorkeling in many places said it was one of the best places :)
The lunch was also great, and the staff lovely :)

Too short! We assumed there would be 3 snorkeling stops. However, only one of the three will be hit - depending on the weather and tides. We misunderstood that in the description.
Unfortunately we left late. But unlike some of the comments here, the boat ride was relaxed.
The tour guide made an effort. On Koh Tao, even with a viewpoint, 2 hours were not enough. It's better to take the ferry yourself.
However, if 4 hours are enough for you, this is the right place for you.

One of the best boat tours I've had! Art and his crew were a great team. This was the first tour where a guide was able to tell us something about the corals and fish, as well as the surrounding area. Art offered you to snorkel with him or explore the area independently. However, we were also really lucky with the weather. We had a visibility of 10m and hardly any waves. This meant you could see lots of great colorful fish and corals. I also really liked the national park, clearly a spot for tourists but I expected a lot more. I think because of the time, we were also lucky that a few ships left during the last hour, so it wasn't quite as crowded. There is also a small viewpoint in the national park that can be easily reached via a good path in about 20 minutes. For me it was definitely a great experience because we had enough time at each spot. Unlike other tours, you don't have the feeling of being rushed through here.

Beautiful place. People but not crowds either. Very pleasant. Really great snorkeling activity, dozens of different species of fish, sea anemones with fabulous colors. A top support team. If you are planning an island visit, this is it!!

Snorkeling was fun, equipment could be better, one of the guides gave me another pair of snorkel equipment and it was much better. Saw beautiful fishes and the hike has a nice view. I really didn’t like waiting an hour in the van after the trip. We were up since 7 and the breakfast and lunch were not great. Really need to improve both. We were eager to get home and wish we didn’t have to wait an hour in the van for another group.
