Located right on Ao Nam Mao Beach not far from Ao Nang, this is a perfect location for horse riding. The beach is always very quiet apart from local fishermen searching for crabs, amazing considering it’s only ten minutes from the touristic center in Ao Nang. For riding horses this really is the perfect place.

We are ambivalent. The riding itself is quite nice. We had booked the beach and the jungle. Both fell short of our expectations in terms of the scenery. The horses seemed tired and tortured. At the beginning there was one horse too few. Our guide was constantly smoking weed. You should think carefully about whether it's worth the money.

Booked onto the sunset ride and BBQ a few weeks ago and it exceeded expectations in every way.
The staff are so friendly, and the horses are well cared for.
Highly recommend the BBQ too (chicken, shrimp, octopus, pork, fish, and THE BEST pad Thai I've had so far). Mena and the team went above and beyond to deliver a truly unforgettable experience.

You go all along Ao Nam Beach with the horses. The horses are super brave and sweet (also if you have no experience). If you have more experience, you can also canter. If you don’t want, the crew is there to take care of you and the horse. The guides are really friendly and creative to make nice photos.

A fantastic gem! Stunning setting, lovely people and perfect riding! My daughter and I rode just the two of us with one guide. The stables are very near to the beach and horses very well kept. A very professional set-up and visitors are seperated into riding ability. We galloped along a deserted beach, rode into the countryside which was stunning and back along the beach to the water. A real must and highlight of the trip.

Short Summary:
Absolutely a must do activity! It was absolutely amazing. It’s a small locally ran business and you can tell the staff is like family. This was an amazing experience that I will never forget.
More details:
For me, the care of the horses is very important and 100% these horses are very well cared for. They were well groomed and feed. Secondly, the trail was so gorgeous! It was absolutely amazing to be able to see the beach and suburban life of Thailand. You go into a small town outside of Krabi and that was great to see. And lastly, the guides were great!!! They speak very little English but that wasn’t an issue. They were very friendly and helpful. I am a more experienced rider and my best friend is a beginner. The guide was able to accommodate both of our riding experiences. I was allowed to run with my horse! And my friend was able to stroll with her horse. The guides also are willing to take pictures and video of you which was very much appreciated.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time. And I would recommend the two hours excursion. One hour will leave you wanting more.
