Experience the beauty of the archipelago of Angthong Marine Park with 42 islands, amazing formations, peaks and seemingly impossible to stand rocks. On the speed boat of Mr. Tu you will never feel crowded. Start with excellent snorkeling for about an hour at Koh Wao Yai, then climb up about 200 steep steps on Koh Mae Ko for a super view of surrounding islands and the Emerald Lake. Enjoy lunch on Koh Sam Sao (Tripod Island) and finally kayak into many cool caves and paddle-throughs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After a pickup service from your hotel reception on Samui you will meet the friendly boat team of Mr. Tu at Phu Yai Non Pier in Plai Laem on Koh Samui. Enjoy a light breakfast before cruising by speed boat to Koh Wao Yai Island.

Start a 45-minute snorkeling adventure in turquoise green water with cave swimming at Koh Wao which covers three tiny islands that divide among themselves by a shielded bay. A vibrant marine life awaits you underwater, including barracudas, groupers, and snappers, among many others.

The next stop is at Koh Mae Ko, famous for its craggy, wild beaches and exceptional swimming spots. A hike to the top will reveal the most spectacular view over the Emerald Lake that lies below, linked to the sea through the many underwater caves.

Contine to Koh Sam Sao, also known as Tripod Island, which features a Stonebridge – a natural wonder linking two rocks. Enjoy a Thai style buffet at the attractive tiny island which is also famous for its shallow waters, rocky coast, colorful reefs, and diversity in marine life.

The next activity is a kayaking trip through sea caves, lagoons and around the islands on a sit-on-top kayak with 2 seats. You can get up close and personal with the islands and go through the larger caves which is definitely the highlight of this trip.

The last stop will be at the main island named Wua Talap. Be prepared for a hill top climb up about 200 steep steps for a super view of surrounding islands and the Green Lagoon also known as the Emerald Lake.

A wonderful day out. The whole crew were outstanding in looking after us, including the new younger guy, all amazing!
We really appreciated the hospitality, friendliness and regular flow of refreshments, so important in the heat!
The activities were fun, well spaced and very well supported.
For would be participants, make sure you are wearing your swimwear from pick up, bring reef shoes if you have them, and your sense of adventure
Plrnty of delicious food provided, and we'll organised timing of activities and stops

It was a pretty good trip overall, the staff at the port and the crew onboard were all very nice and good at keeping everyone organised and together. The nature park itself was beautiful and I personally enjoyed being on the speedboat.
Pick up and drop off was seemless and they even brought back a pair of shoes that someone from our group accidentally left on the bus, so thank you! Would recommend this company if you’re looking to go to the park

A wonderful trip overall with caring and attentive staff. Hotel transfer was on time, light breakfast provided on arrival followed by 45min boat ride to first destination for snorkeling. A short boat ride away and we then arrived at a small island where you hike to the top to see the Emerald Lake. Stairs are quite steep but worth the view! The last stop was my favourite, we did kayaking around the island, had lunch and there’s also the option to hike up to the top of the island to see the breathtaking viewpoint of all the surrounding islands. Very tiring but definitely worth it if you’re up for a challenge! If you prefer to chill, you can relax on the beach and walk around the island. Then it’s back to Samui!

The islands are spectacular to see, both from the sea level as from above the Ang Thong viewpoint. The trip is rather long (1hr to go and another hr to get back) and might cause slight disiness which diminishes the experience. The personnel is very kind, helpful and professional. (Do not buy the sea urchins shoes, though, it's not worth it!) The climb to the Ang Thong view point is very challenging, especially in a day with high temperature. Pace yourselves and bring water, hat, sunblock and a fan. The view is breathtaking!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was an enjoyable day trip. Well organized. The lunch was limited and of poor quality, and was cold (= risk). Was expecting a reasonable choice of seafood but that was not the case. Furthermore, luckily we had chosen the speedboat (recommended due to the distance).

Great tour! Very well organised and lots to see and do. The staff outlined the day, provided a safe and organised trip. The weather was hot and humid but there was plenty of time to rest (optional) or do the activities. Our highlight was the snorkelling!
