I wrote in this review re our experience with Madame Brasserie re not giving us a refund re Easyjet cancelling our flight 3 hrs before we were due to fly and informing Madam Brasserie who said we hadn't given them 24hrs notice I am pleased to say has an email to contact them which I did to be told they were going to refund out money which they have so thank you for seeing sense and hope in the future to experience lunch with you

The view and then food was mediocre for the price. Lines were too long to get there. Service was good.

Easy jet cancelled ourflight to Paris at 4 am and we had to drive over 200miles to the other end of England to get a flight that would get us in Paris for 10pm spent 20 mins on the phone explaining what had happened to be told we should of given 24hrs notice to cancel our lunch we have lost over £320 and this company not bothered as they have been paid our lunch was the reason we booked this short break

The view at Eiffel Tower was breath taking—service at resturant was superb, food outstanding. Pleasant experience ;however the only negative was that we were first in line to get into the restaurant however we were told that since we used Viator and did not book through the resturant we could not have a window seat Was disappointing especially since we waited in line to be first for 30 minutes

Viator asked for my experience eating at the Eiffel Tower. I wish I had something to report since Viator did not confirm the reservation after we paid 11 months prior to the date of the lunch. We got to the area to check-in for lunch and were told they did not have the reservation. I called the number given by Viator only to be told after 30 minutes that after researching the reservation, Viator failed to confirm the reservation after payment was made. Needs less to say, I had a very disappointed family, especially my daughter who was celebrating her birthday and high school adulation on this trip. The Eiffel Tower lunch was what she really wanted to do. Viator refunded the $, but that is not the issue. I will be contacting Viator after returning home from this trip. Extremely disappointed in Viator!

Very disappointing visit. Where to begin, shall we start with the multitude of lines you must wait in despite having a reservation or the poor choice of menu options. The food was heavily over priced and as stated before waiting in multiple lines in the cold and rain is never a good start. The staff are extremely busy due to the sheer amount of customers which worsens the experience. Would not recommend yo anyone visiting.

During our Eiffel Tower tour booked on GetYourGuide, we had lunch in the Brasserie Madame. Everything was perfect, warmly welcomed, all the staff took great care, meal Madame 🔝 Exceptional view and atmosphere, we had a wonderful time, thank you to the whole team, I recommend without hesitation.

Definitely arrive early Very busy and crowded. Wedding reception at same time we were scheduled. Cued in line 30 minutes before and still took another 30 minutes to get up venicular. Waiters were very busy.
We were not sitting window, but still had a nice view.
3 course meal and thought it was overpriced. Food Not that special, waiters do ask for tips.

We had a wonderful time at the Eiffel Tower for lunch. It was a celebration for my mother in law 's 75th Birthday. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful as well. We would definetly recommend this to friends.

Great experience, good view, nice meal and wine selection plus great service. Good way to visit the Eiffel Tower. Instructions for entry were very clear as we were whisked around some of the crowd
