My family and I had such an amazing time! We opted for the private tour and had a 7-seater for the 4 of us. The pace of the tour is great, with knowledgeable guides illustrating to us the rich history of Granada, the Alhambra and even Seville. Major thanks to Edo and Carlos for the warm welcome and company.

Abby was a great tour guide! So friendly and personal. If you want a personal experience and not crammed in a tour bus with 30-40 others this is the way to go. We were spoiled! One complaint is TripAdvisor had the wrong time on our tickets

We had an excellent and informative private tour with Abby & Laura. Abby was our guide from Seville to Grenada. She was fantastic!!!! She was very knowledgeable and explained to us about history timeline, the city, the people…she was sweet and kind and very accommodating!!! It was an absolutely wonderful trip. We also had a great driver, Juan Louis.
Laura is our guide inside Alhambra with a bigger group, about 18 People. She was also incredible and managed her time very efficiently..overall, we truly enjoyed this tour!!! Highly recommended!!!

We took a private tour from Seville to go to Albaicin and the Alhambra. Carlos did an amazing job driving us down and back and touring us through the old town of Albaicin. He is extremely knowledgeable about history and just a very professional and caring person to spend time together. When we got to the main attraction - the Alhambra - as arranged he handed us off to guide Anna who has degrees in art history and did a very professional job taking us through the key sights at this World Heritage site. Both Carlos and Anna spoke excellent English and provided many insights into what we were seeing and Spain in general. Carlos went way beyond the call of duty trying to help me track down a bag that had been lost by the airline (Iberia). Not Just a tourist did a fine job arranging for all the logistics and guides. My advice is be prepared for the 2 1/2 hour+ drive each way and if you have the time may be worth making Granada a separate overnight trip. If you do the day trip consider trying to go the Alhambra in the morning while you are fresher. During high season make arrangements significantly far in advance to get tickets.

The trip to Granada/Alhambra with Carlos was one of the highlights of our two week vacation in Spain and Portugal. He picked us up on time in a very comfortable car. Even though the drive was long it passed by quickly as Carlos had much information to share with us about his country. He then handed us over to our tour guide for Alhambra. After our Alhambra tour Carlos recommended a restaurant to us and made sure we were seated prior to leaving us for a memorable meal. Afterwards we toured Granada on foot taking in the beautiful sights including statues, fountains and the cathedral. We even stopped by the bazaar for some impromptue gift shopping. We also stopped for coffee and dessert so he could have us sample some Pionono which was invented especially for the Papel visit. All in all it was a wonderful day and I would highly recommend this tour with Carlos on your next visit.

I was picked up in Seville by Carlos early in the morning. Carlos was knowledgeable and we kept up a good conversation throughout the drive. When we arrived at the Alhambra, it was packed and Carlos made sure to meet up with the tour guide and arrange for a specific pickup location after the tour’s conclusion.
The walking tour itself was a delight. Ana was delightfully knowledgeable, and moved at a smart pace that wasn’t hurried and allowed us to take in the splendour of the place. I’ve not done a guided tour before, but decided to do so in this case because I had that NJAT was good at engaging visitors, not just leading them around. Sure enough, she made a point of listening to our questions, providing background information, and on the whole was rather personable. I don’t hesitate to recommend her or the service.
Afterwards, Carlos picked me up and dropped me off at a nice restaurant and asked the proprietors to ensure I had a leisurely tapas lunch. He picked me up when I called, and we took a nice walking tour of the Albaycin in Granada. When he dropped me off in Seville, most every single navigable street was closed to motorized transportation, so he did the best he could to get me close to my hotel. He also provided me with some tips for how I could spend my time prior to the Easter corrida at Maestranza the next day, and I’m glad he did so.
The service is a bit more pricey than most, but I would recommend NJAT w/out hesitation.

We spent the extra and did this as a private tour. we were not disappointed. you have got to ask for Carlos Santigosa! He was the best driver/guide ever. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he had the best stories! We made a stop so he could share a special breakfast treat. OMG.....it was so simple but I could have eaten it the whole trip. I still crave it. Carlos was so perceptive.....he could tell when enough information was enough and then we would get stories. and when it seemed we might be tired he was so great about picking up on every little nuance. By the end of the day, we really wanted to take Carlos home with us to be our friend. The trip was amazing but w/o Carlos it would have been just another good tour.

Carlos was a great tour guide. He drove the 3.5-4 hours each way and chatted with us about what we were seeing along the way. We then joined a small group for the Alhambra tour. Definitely not to be missed.
Carlos then took us to a local restaurant, Casa Gabriel in Granada with excellent food and service. Carlos was a great host, making recommendations from the menu.
The day was amazing and a definite highlight on our trip.
