Fun day for everyone in my family (my husband and teen children). Robert and Ante took good care of us. The swimming was a wonderful addition on the hot day.

The views were great. Mia and Sanja were really friendly. I recommend going. The water was really clear, however you can not swim in it.

the whole family loved the whole experience- including the teenagers!! our hosts for the day were fantastic with lots of knowledge and enthusiasm thank you perina and karlos. would highly recommend taking the trip if you’re in split, absolutely stunning and worth it!!

Please allow to paint a picture. Imagine for one moment being disabled and having cancer, how going on such a wonderful trip could bring so much joy. So we paid the trip. UNLIKE BOOKER WHO Where constantly in touch to see if there is anything they can do to help and support. For 24 hours prior to trip we tried calling gray line no answer or they put phone down. We wrote emails asking for help and explain the situation. The morning of trip arrived we had difficulty finding the location so continued to phone no answer or phone down. Eventually the rudest women I have ever met, reduced me to tears as I plead with her for help to find the boat, all she kept saying not my problem and screaming down phone. We arrived at boat 9.03 as it was departing again the women on end of phone could hear my shrieks of sorrow devastated I was
N,t going to experience my dream trip, most other companies and I’ve spoken to everyone I could find to ask how they would handle it, they all said same thing, rather than putting you under so much distress tell me to relax suggest a half day trip or to go the next day as none of the trips are full capacity, given the circumstances. My daughter went to office to see why they treated me so badly the young girl was equally as rude and said she didn’t,t bellieve it happen, nor would she offer us complaints team, baring
In mind this a global company not a local tour agency. When my daughter left she turned around and heard and seen the women laughing on the phone to the original women. We got in touch with get your ride, they agreed the level of customer service was shocking and they tried to negotiate a refund and apology we got neither.
My genuine advice avoid at all costs, their are much better companies - and you will be supporting the local economy
