In this small group family friendly 2-hour ATV Quad tour from Reykjavik we are like worlds away but still so close. If you like to feel the Nature on your own skin on ATV Quad then this is the tour for you. In this tour you can go Single Ride or Double Ride. Double Ride is the standard rate and that means two people are on each quad. You can select "Single Ride" in the booking progress and pay a little extra if you dont want to share the Quad and go single ride to the tour.
We pick up from all hotels in the Reykjavik area if it is possible. But note that the Reykjavik city has made a non pickup zones for tourist in the downtown so we pick up from special tourists bus stops over there. The nearest Tourists Bus stop is usually not far away.
If you decide to meet us at the meeting point our basecamp is only 20 minutes drive from downtown Reykjavik.

We knew we wanted to ride Quads around the Reykjavik area and read about many options that sounded similar. We are glad we chose ATV Reykjavik. We originally chose this group because when i asked if it ascended one or two peaks they responded that it depended on the comfort level of the guests. That was the perfect response. As it turns out, we were the only ones with Bjorkwin, the owner, and we had a great time. As first time Quad riders we didn't know what to expect but we were comfortable enough to keep up the pace and took in both peaks overlooking the city. We stopped to see some beautiful horses as well. A great company and a great activity.

Perfect guide and trip. Will come back. Perfect view on Reykjavik and surrounding lakes. Even passed by an old goldmine.

Neatly picked up at the apartment and then had a beautiful trip. The scenery around Reykjavik Peak exceeded our expectations. Lots of snow and lots of fun. The children thought it was fantastic.

Pick up was on time, lovely drive to the ATV centre.
On arrival, we were greeted by Helga who is ab absolute asset to the experience.
Given all the equipment and shown how to use the ATVs, Helga made us feel comfortable and confident.
Amazing views and plenty of pit stops to take it all in (also got some great photo ops).
The most memorable experience when visiting Iceland.

We really enjoyed riding the ATV through the snow and mountains - the scenery was stunning. Our guide was very knowledgable and gave us clear instructions on how to ride the ATV, especially as we were beginners. Overall was a very fun experience.

I have to admit this was not something that would normally be my thing - loud motor vehicles involving a helmet, no seatbelt and driving up a mountain. But it was fantastic! We ended up being the only two customers yesterday (I guess others backed out because of weather). Our persistence was rewarded when the weather cleared up so we had great views and lots of fun driving in pretty warm conditions. Helga was super helpful, and with only two of us it seemed a much more relaxed experience than you might get if the group was larger. Two hours was also the perfect amount of time. We had on the right gear, but they also provide you with suits and helmets (and gloves if yours are not up to snuff). ATV’s seemed more challenging than ski mobiles and navigating through slushy ice and snow while going both up and down a mountain was AWESOME!

Just got back and had an absolute blast. Out for 2hrs and time flew by. We were 2 adults and an 18 and 15 year old. Went along some proper roads to see lovely lake then up mountain. Through the snow and ice. Felt like a real adventure. Got stuck up a couple of hills which was good fun. Also liked flooring it on the roads. There’s a limiter of around 65-67km/h but that feels fast. We passed a big group with quad safari (another company) Much preferred being out with just us (we didn’t even book private tour). Cheaper than rivals too. Thank you

Guillermo was the best guide! We did a private tour and it was totally worth it. We had a blast and got some amazing views of Iceland & enjoyed Iceland off the beaten path. Highly recommend!

ATV in iceland is one of the most amazing experiences to have due to its unique landscape and terrain. Our guide Helga was amazing, she was so attentive and made everything that much more special! This is a small group tour but ended up with just 2 of us which made it extra special! I honestly would've made a second booking for northern lights ATV if our schedules had worked out!!!
